At no point on this web site do we covertly obtain personal information, other than that required for the system administration of the web server. Naturally, we do not use cookies on this site.

When you make an enquiry to us your information is entered into the relevant data system. Once your information is contained in the relevant data system, access to that information is restricted through a layered system of passwords to those users who are dealing with your enquiry (such as, but not limited to, your liasing partner and the accounts department).
In addition, all our employees have unique personal screen saver passwords, which come into effect when they leave their computers, hence offering an additional layer of internal protection for greater privacy.
